the super fab flowers from the floral add made a fab cluster...I just added a little gesso!

I also used gesso with the stencil from the color add on!
sprayed the kaisercraft dragonflies with the mists and tucked some of the sequins under one of the layers!

Renea's skecth interpretation

Before you take a look at this stunning layout you better put a
towel over your keyboard so you don't drool on it!

Seriously drool worthy project!

She did some extreme edge tearing and grunge punching,  then some heavy inking to get the really edgy look for the border,  then tucked stash lace and some of the kit flowers that she misted underneath. Then she added puddles of glue, glitter and those FAB sequins from the kit to bling up the edges.

She took one of the Prima Paintable pieces from the Embellishment Add On and inked it up, used the Heidi Swapp Doily frame from the kit, and misted then sponge painted it

She layered and misted the cheesecloth and tucked them into that gorgeous cluster!

look at this gorgeous texture!

Our Mystery Designer... Revealed!

If you read our post about the Design Team Call results, you know we were keeping a little secret...

WELL...

The cat's out of the bag!

Our

Mystery Designer

is...

Angelica Astrom

Hi there
My name is Angelica Åström aka auroraborealis. I´m 51 and a proud granny and mother of three amazing grownup "kids", one daughter and two sons. I´m a newly divorced smallholding farmer, living high up in northern Sweden with my sheep and a cat in a cottage built 1905. I have always been a creative person, and when I discovered scrapbooking 2011, it was an immediate love.Scrapbooking is so wonderful because it combines all that I love: mixed media, photo, pretty papers and embellishments, stories and it´s constantly evolving. I´m curious, and love to challenge myself to try new things, and just love to create, whether it´s altering something, cards, layouts or canvases. I´m beyond thrilled and honored to be a member of this amazingly talented Design Team, and to work with the GORGEOUS kits! I hope I will inspire you with my projects, and can´t wait to share them with you!

If you have not had the pleasure of seeing Angelica's work yet, you can check it out on her blog:  http://angelicasscrappyworld.blogspot.se/

We'll begin seeing Angelica's work with our January kit, along with Bente, Patricia, and Debbie (oh wait... it's possible you'll see Debbie's work sooner... I don't know... maybe I'm wrong?  Maybe not?  we will have to see!)
