Weekend Inspiration - Seaside kit layouts and more!

Hi!
Tatiana is here with you today and this time I'd like to share my  layout with June Scraps of Darkness kit 'Seaside'.

My layout is about treasures found in the river. We spent a lot of time this year in our summer cottage. There is a small river near it and there are so many interesting things can be found especially if you have a scoop-net. For my layout I chose photo with my daughter and her findings. As a base I used dark Kaisercraft paper from the main kit and adhered on it triangle cut from other Kaisercraft paper. On one side of a triangle I adhered sticker from the Kaisercraft High Tide Collection and on other side I wrote journaling.

We found shells, snails, dragonflies, butterflies, small fishes, water plants and many other stuffs. And I decided to use similar things in my project and June kit and Elements add on are perfect for my goal. Happily we didn't find bottle in our river (it's rather clear), but I decided to add it to my project as findings symbol. I'm not sure if it's visible on the photo, but epoxy stickers from 49 and Market are so gorgeous, they are layered and have so beautiful color palette, I adore them.

I also added beads, sequins, pearls and rhinestones to my project. For the final touches I added splashes of white Kaisercraft and Tsukineko texture mists.

I used for my project, from the Main kit:

papers from Kaisercraft's High Tide Collection
Kaisercraft High Tide Collection Cardstock Stickers (12x12")
49 and Market Shimmer & Shine Flowers: Amber Jardin Secret
metal dragonfly charm
Pastel Glass Gems

from the Elements add on:

49 and Market Sand and Sea Layered Embellishments
Prima Traveler's Journal Flowers: Over The Sea Butterflies
Blue Fern Studios laser cut chipboard: Anchors Away

I have last project with June Scraps of Darkness kit 'Seaside'.

For my layout I chose photo of me and my husband in Spain. I used 49 and Market paper and created cluster with embellishments near the photo. I used die-cuts, 3d stickers from the Elements add on, Kaisercraft stickers, sisal, flowers and seashells.

Blue Fern Studios chipboard from the Main kit was covered with Ingvild Bolme ink from the May Scraps of Darkness kit, then I added randomly Kaisercraft ink and glitter from the Main kit.

I also added a little bit of background stamping with Ingvild Bolme ink. Anchor was covered with two Martha Stewart acrylic paint, then I disressed borders with Ingvild Bolme ink.

I used, from the main kit and Elements Add On:

paper from 49 and Market's Sand and Sea Collection
Kaisercraft High Tide Collection Cardstock Stickers (12x12")
49 and Market Shimmer & Shine Flowers: Amber Jardin Secret
WOW! Whirlpool Embossing Powder
49 and Market Sand and Sea Layered Embellishments
Prima Traveler's Journal Flowers: Over The Sea Butterflies
Blue Fern Studios laser cut chipboard

As a bonus I came back with a layout for Scraps of Darkness kit club 'Attic Finds'.

For my project I used background paper from 7 Gypsies collection. I added colors using Gelatos, Lindy's mists, Jacquard paint and Ranger Distress Crayon. Then I added background stamping and texture using Kaisercraft stencil included in the Main kit.

On the next step I decided to add more texture and used glitters from the previous kits, beads and flakes.

Fore adding more bling to my project I used sequins, rhinestones and liquid drops.

For the final touches I added splashes.

I used from the Main kit

Tim Holtz Idea-Ology Emporium Ephemera Pack
7 Gypsies Architextures Findings Adhesive Embellishments: Tin Ceiling Tiles
Prima Wild & Free Flowers: Lost Sienna
Kaisercraft Mini Designer Template: Splatter
Tim Holtz Vintage Photo Distress Crayon

From the Elements Add On
